Andrew has over 20 years experience working as an environmental engineer.  While currently specialising in stormwater management he has previously worked in areas of contaminated land, groundwater, risk management and water treatment plant design.

Andrew has advanced skills in GIS mapping and data management and analysis using a range of programming and software tools.

While primarily focussed on flood modelling, Andrew also has extensive knowledge in Integrated Water Management having worked with councils, water authorities and government agencies alike through expert working groups to progress these policy initiatives in Victoria.

As with other Afflux staff, he had held leadership roles within the stormwater industry, and as the Stormwater Australia National President led an industry wide response to eth Australian Senate’s Inquiry into Stormwater in Australia.

Andrew has previously worked in areas of contaminated land, groundwater, risk management and water treatment plant design.
